How to Arrange Hospice Services

Simply call us: 978-774-7566

A referral or inquiry to Hospice of the North Shore (HNS) can be made by anyone, including the patient, loved one, family member, friend, clergy, hospital staff or physician.

Hospice services are covered by:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Blue Cross
  • Tufts Health Plan
  • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
  • Most other managed care and health insurance providers

At HNS, no one is denied services because of inability to pay or lack of insurance coverage. Generous community support enables us to provide care to any patient in need of our services, regardless of his or her ability to pay.
