7th Annual Camp Stepping Stones
July 12 & 13, 2008
Camp Stepping Stones, now entering its 7th year, is a unique weekend-long day camp designed for children and families who have experienced the death of someone close to them. Open to children of all ages and their parents or adult caregivers, Camp Stepping Stones combines traditional camp activities with opportunities to commemorate loved ones who have died.
Thanks to the generosity of A.J. Wright Company, Camp Stepping Stones is free of charge after a nominal $25 registration fee per family, which may be waived in cases of hardship. Camp Stepping Stones is available to any child or family who has experienced a loss, regardless of hospice involvement. Paid hotel accomodations are also available for families coming from a distance of 25 miles or more.
