The Innovative Leader
Since our founding in 1978, we have evolved to become the largest not-for-profit hospice in Massachusetts. Today we employ over 200 employees and serve more than 2,000 patients annually. Through Palliative Care of the North Shore, we care for another 800 patients and their families. Our Center for Grief & Healing provides support for more than 2,000 people each year.
Values Demonstrated Every Day
From our responsiveness to our patients and families to our commitment to internal staff satisfaction, our values are reflected in all we do. Our core beliefs guide us in our day-to-day roles and our service to the community at large.
