Driving Directions
From Ipswich/Cape Ann:
• Take Rt. 128 South to Exit 23N (Danvers – Rt. 35).
• At lights at the end of the exit ramp (Walgreens across on right), go straight onto Purchase Street and proceed for half mile (past back entrance to Liberty Tree Mall, Constitution Lane).
• Purchase then becomes Ash Street.
• Go 100 yards, and at fork, stay right onto Adams Street.
• At lights, take a left and 75 Sylvan Street will immediately be on right.
• Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston offices are located in the middle building (Building B), first floor – use entrance B1.
From Salem & Lynn:
• Take Rt. 114 West past the North Shore Mall (on your left).
• Bear right past BMW of Peabody to take Sylvan Street (Petco across on left), turn right onto Sylvan Street.
• Continue on Sylvan Street for a mile (past two sets of lights), and 75 Sylvan Street will be on left, just past Danvers Ford.
• Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston offices are located in the middle building (Building B), first floor – use entrance B1.
From Boston:
• Take Rt. 1 North for 13.6 miles.
• Take the Exit for I-95/Rt. 128 North.
• Keep left to take Rt. 128 North via Exit 45.
• From Rt. 128, take Exit 23N (Danvers – Rt. 35).
• Take right off the exit ramp.

• Take Interstate 95 South to Exit 48, Centre Street.
• Make a left onto Centre Street, then continue about a half mile and follow to fork at Winslow Auto Body. Stay to the left for Centre Street.
• At lights, take a right onto Pine Street.
• Take the first left onto Adams Street.
• At lights, take a right onto Sylvan Street and 75 Sylvan Street will be on your right.
